Skoda FB Lounge FAQ Post zu Charging Statistics:
📊 Charging Statistics in MyŠkoda app
We’ve recently introduced the first version of Charging Statistics in the MyŠkoda app, and we see all your questions. As this feature evolves, we want to provide you answers about how it works, what to expect, and what’s coming next.
✔️ Why do my Charging Statistics differ from the data shown in my Wallbox or Powerpass?
At the moment, we’ve introduced the first version of Charging Statistics in the MyŠkoda app, and we’ll be refining it with upcoming updates. Some differences in displayed data are expected and may be caused by technical factors such as charging losses or acceptable measurement tolerances. It’s important to note that not all energy drawn from the wallbox is transferred into the car — energy is partially lost in both the charging device and the car’s onboard charger. Also, for accurate data synchronisation, the vehicle must be connected to a strong mobile signal. If your Enyaq or Elroq is parked in underground garages or places with limited connectivity during charging, some values may not be transmitted correctly.
✔️Why do I see zero values in my charging history?
Currently, the app guarantees data collection and display only from version 8.1.0. This means charging sessions before this release may not appear or show as zero. We’re working to improve the accuracy and completeness of the data based on customer feedback.
✔️Why are there multiple places showing charging statistics in the MyŠkoda app?
At this stage, charging statistics are visible in a few different sections of the app. In the Battery section, where you’ll find an overview of all vehicle charging data, in the Powerpass section, where you’ll find sessions carried out publicly via Powerpass and at home using Škoda iV Charger. In the future, we plan to merge these into a single view.
✔️Will Charging Statistics be improved further? What about showing a charging curve?
Yes, definitely. This is only the beginning. We’re now focusing on fine-tuning it based on your experience. We're already fixing the first bugs and adjusting the logic for measuring charging sessions. More improvements — including new features — are in the pipeline, stay tuned!
