We checked the commission number 091XXX in our system once again and so far the vehicle has not fixed manufacture plan. Nowadays the situation is very complicated because of missing components and is very hard to predict the situation. It changes every day, even though we are doing our best to reinstate deliveries. We have our customers in focus and we keep the promise to deliver. However, under current circumstances, some delays in ordering new cars are unavoidable. The length of these delays will vary, the situation is changing every day. We are working hard to implement the measures and we strongly believe that these delays won't last forever.
We are very sorry for not meeting your expectations and we are doing our best to deliver ordered vehicles as soon as possible.

Also schickte ich eine sehr scharf formulierte E-Mail an Skoda in Mladá Boleslav wegen der Verzögerung bei der Lieferung meines 80x. Ich erzählte ihnen von den eskalierenden Kosten für die Beibehaltung meines bestehenden Autos; Abschreibung, Wartung, Besteuerung, Verlängerung der Garantie usw. usw. Ich bat um etwas Klarheit über die Lieferzeitskala und auch um eine Geste des 'Kulanz', um bei meinen Kosten zu helfen. Ich habe eine ausführliche Antwort erhalten, in der alle Gründe für Verzögerungen aufgeführt sind, die wir alle schon einmal gehört haben. Es gab keinerlei Informationen zum voraussichtlichen Liefertermin meines Autos, auch kein Angebot zu finanzieller Hilfe. Ich bin also keinen 1cm weiter vorne.
Enyaq 80x, bestellt am 29.01.22 UK. Wärmepumpe, ACC und DCC hinzugefügt. Samtrot. Kein Baujahr, keine Informationen vom Händler.

Nach 455 Tagen hat das Warten ein Ende. Heute durften wir endlich unseren Enyaq abholen.

Hello everyone. I'm having a conversation with Skoda CZ about my Enyaq order because my dealer can't tell me anything. They say they can't find my UK dealer and need a commission number. Can someone tell me what a commission number is? I gave them my order number and the dealer's name and address. After waiting 10 meters I'm determined to shake a few cages at Skoda. First post here but I am having trouble sorting out the problems unique to new deliveries already fitted with ME 3.0/3 1 and those due to upgrades of earlier software versions. Would it be possible to use this thread to highlight technical problems unique to new deliveries with ME 3.0/3.1? I am sure this would be of great interest to those, like me, still waiting for their new Enyaq.
