Over the past 12 months we have been investing in our servers to make sure they can support the significant increase in myenergi devices that are being installed. The final stage in this project is scheduled for 10.00 - 11:00 BST (09:00 - 10:00 UTC) on Tuesday 29th August.
During this maintenance window there will be a short outage affecting the app and myaccount which will stop working for a few minutes.
Unfortunately some technical decisions made very early in myenergi's development mean that we cannot complete the changeover without a short service interruption and we're very sorry for any inconvenience that this might cause.Once this work is complete, future updates should not have any impact on the live systems, so we hope that you can bear with us as we conclude this critical work to ensure we can best support all of your devices, now and in the future.
