Hi, I'm in the same situation with SOS Call and with ODBELEVEN one click app do the trick. Reset the SOS Call Emergency, you must close the car, and few minutes later all ok.
With this ODB you can check the voltage too to view if is the 4 years counter or Battery must be replaced.
